my story

I think photography is an amazing medium that can capture an entire story within a single frame. It only takes a second to capture an image but the story that image may tell can last for years. People inspire me; looking into someone’s eyes and to capture that moment of truth about their lives is an unbelievable feeling.
I never plan out my next shot. I allow the moment to be as real as possible. I travel to places that interest me and talk to the people I find there. I try to connect with each person that I photograph and I feel that connection shows in the pictures. Documenting people is a difficult task. In the end, I hope the joy of the people that I met and their individual personalities show in my work.
